Shipping




CASEY MEARS, INC ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS (www.USPS.com). We ask for 1-2 days to process your order before it ships.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Within the US and Canada we charge $7.95 and all orders sent by USPS. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders shipped outside of the U.S. or Canada please email us correspond13@gmail.com.

 

International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("import fees"). The recipient of the shipment will be considered the imported of record and is responsible for all import fees.

 

If you refuse the shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees that are incurred on the shipment, and the cost of returning the package to CASEY MEARS, INC . This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. 

 

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures when they reach the destination country, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

PLEASE NOTE: CASEYMEARS, INC will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

 


  

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

We hope that you love your CASEYMEARS, INC purchase but in the event that you don't, we have made it as simple as possible to return or exchange.

 

All purchases must be returned in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. 

The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return. Pending inspection it is CASEY MEARS, INC ’s sole discretion to determine if the item(s) have been used or been damaged other than original manufacturing defects.

 

SALE items can be returned for store credit ONLY.

All accessories that are not sized including bags, handbags, one-size fits all belts, jewerly, etc. can be returned for store credit ONLY. 

All items marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for return.

 

For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size on the return form provided. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while your package is in route. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold. 

 

DOMESTIC RETURNS 

To ship an item back to CASEYMEARS, INC , securely pack the item(s) into an envelope/cardboard box and affix and mail back to:

A NOTE ABOUT YOUR REFUND:

Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of your return. It will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note we have no control over your banking institution and your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

As a result of shipping costs, customs, and duties - we do NOT accept international returns at this time. Please email correspond13@gmail.com for any sizing or style questions before placing your order.
